Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Direct Report: Owner / Director

Job Brief

The Admin Assistant is a part-time position, who will primarily be working with the owner / director on internal and external communication and various administrative tasks in support of the daily and weekly workflows of the company. This position is primarily remote with minimal onsite meetings in a warehouse environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage internal & external communications 
  • Coordinate owner/director’s deadlines & tasks
  • Complete daily and weekly tasks

Primary Job Duties:

  • Coordinate daily and weekly tasks and deliverables
  • Attend various meetings as requested or needed
  • Calendar management
  • Prepare meeting agendas and notes
  • Monitor multiple email inboxes
  • Perform administrative support for company

Key Skills & Experience

  • Aptitude for learning new skills
  • Clear communications through multiple digital platforms
  • Propensity for self-organizing and initiative
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets (gSheets primarily) as core of organizational use
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to be flexible to the changes that happen to events
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with project management / communication systems (Slack, Trello, ClickUp, etc)
  • Prior experience with small companies
  • Drivers license and vehicle
  • Some event experience


  • Mobile phone with data plan
  • COVID 19 Vaccination
  • Own laptop (we will provide software as needed)

General Commitments

  • Estimated Weekly: 10 – 12 hours
  • Estimated Daily: 1 – 2 hours, with flexibility 
  • Established time blocks to work set for 2 – 3 days / week
  • Monthly minimum hours of 20 guaranteed


Based on experience and availability. $20 – $22 per hour. Base hourly salary, plus additional for onsite event opportunities.
